What To Expect
1
Bushwick Collective Street Art
During our tour, our traveler will spend 1 hour in Bushwick to discover our selection of the most interesting street art murals. Stencils, graffiti, painted murals and sculptures, you will discover that street art takes many forms in this Brooklyn neighborhood. "Spread the paint, it's the Bushwick way!" is the motto of that neighborhood.
2
Williamsburg
We'll take the subway to head to one of the trendiest place in Brooklyn, the North Williamsburg. Famous for its views of the Manhattan skyline, Williamsburg was also the starting point for the hipster movement in the 2000's. Our traveler discover old warehouses converted into stores, condominiums, or restaurants. We have them guess what old factories used to produce. Sometimes their conversions are surprising but typical for Brooklyn. For this tour, the visitor will need to pay for his subway fare ($2.75)
3
Williamsburg
Plan for a boat ride to explore the East River! for 20 minutes, where our traveler discovers the 3 bridges connecting Brooklyn to Manhattan. There is a fun way to remember it: the German car BMW; Brooklyn, Manhattan and Williamsburg bridges! We'll take the boat in Williamsburg to reach our last neighborhood; Dumbo. Don't worry for the boat fare, we'll take care of it.
4
Dumbo
DUMBO, is one of the most famous neighborhood in Brooklyn because it connects our visitors to the Brooklyn Bridge build in 1883. Many legends were born in this neighborhood. Think about the origins of the Cowboy Coffee and imagine the smell around you, yes you are in Dumbo! We'll go to Washington Street to see the most photographed street from Brooklyn facing the Manhattan Bridge and the Empire State Building. Iconic!
5
Jane's Carousel
Jane's carousel is one of Dumbo's symbols. Hidden for decades in a warehouse, this carousel was restored to become Dumbo's little gem. Surrounded by a glass structure from French architect Jean Nouvel, kids can enjoy the ride all year long.
