VIATOR forgot to change our reservation with the actual host, hence they were NOT able to accommodate us as we thought we were scheduled. Thankfully they were able to put us on a trip 3 hours later, but having driven over an hour to learn such, we wasted almost a complete day of our vacation waiting. The tour company suggested we book directly to avoid such mismanagement...
