Did you know Denver was founded over a barrel of whiskey? On this 3 hour Colorado Whiskey tour you will learn about Whiskies and their role in the founding of the city. On this walking tour you will visit Denver's oldest Irish Pub, a modern day saloon, and a local Denver distillery. Along the way you will sample different whiskies, learn how high altitude distilling is different than anywhere else and learn some light local history.

My girlfriend and I did this tour with Will and it was far better than either of us would have imagined. Will did a fantastic job sharing so much history the entire time, made it very entertaining by having games to play, and of course the drinking along the way was great too! If you’re looking for a way to get outside to enjoy the beautiful weather and learn more about Denver’s history, this is a must do.

Our tour guide was awesome! He knew his history of the Denver area and provided us with interesting information. The stops we made had wonderful drinks and cocktails, and we played some fun games as well. We came on this tour as part of our honeymoon, and this was an awesome stop! Our tour guide helped us with information on some of the whisky we tried. If you are not a whisky drinker, that is okay too!! They have multiple cocktails or water where you stop! We recommend this for sure if you love history and drinking!

Will was a fantastic tour guide!! It was my first time in Denver, so taking a walking tour to see historical sites and hear about the figures that helped shape Denver into what it is today was seriously the best way to start our stay. Our guide was willing to move at our speed and tailored topics to our interests, and while we certainly weren't trying to stump him, there wasn't a question he could not answer. Will took pictures of us throughout the tour with our phone, provided umbrellas for us when it rained, and he provided hand sanitizer and took other safety measures given the current COVID-19 restrictions. We also really appreciated his tips and recommendations for the remaining days of our visit in Denver!!
