Matthew was an excellent host! First he picked us up at the door at the Cruise terminal. We were a group of 10 ( 5 adults & 5 children), He was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know about Ketchikan! He took us everywhere we wanted to go and showed us some must see places in the short period we had there. Although it was a rainy day he made our day sooo worthwhile. The children were very curious and Matthew had answers for all their questions and he has a lot of patience 🤣. He has a large van that can accommodate up to 14 guests and had water & snacks for us. We had the pleasure of having Matt drive us around Ketchikan Alaska. Matt was great to communicate with and quickly picked up our family at a local shop. Matt was able to give us an amazing history of the city along with the best places to catch the scenery and pictures. Matt picked us up in a 14 passenger van that had a speaker system that was easy to hear him throughout the tour. Matt provided us with snacks and drinks along with binoculars. Matt even had a step stool to easily get in and out of the van. Alaska is an amazing, must see destination and we highly recommend using Matt to see it!!!
