Our family enjoyed a great day with Paulina. She was accommodating, informative and fun to be with. The Arches is unbelievable and we could have spent the whole day there. However, by including the other park areas we came away with just how vast and varied the Utah landscape can be. The only downside of the whole trip was the unfortunate circumstances we incurred on our return from Canyon lands where we began to experience car trouble which culminated in our jeep literally having a wheel fly off as we were driving down a grade. It was a bit scary but Paulina was very calm and guided the jeep safely to the side of the road. Unfortunately we had to wait about 45-60 minutes till another jeep was able to pick us up. You just assume the vehicle you are riding in is safe, and luckily we weren't on a curving canyon road. As a consumer I was a bit surprised there was no effort to make any recompense. Paulina did call the next day to see we were all okay, but never heard anything from the owner

Loved this tour! We had 8 people in our group and booked two Jeeps which followed each other to each stop and we toured together with Paulina and Bill. Both guides were excellent and knowledgeable about the geology, history and fauna. Definitely recommend this tour if you only have one good day to spend in Moab. Lunch was picnic style at a covered picnic table at Dead Horse State Park in between touring Arches and Canyonlands. Food was great, pinwheel wraps, fruit, chips, lemonade, ice water, cookies. Bring your own water as well but they have refills for your refillable water bottles. Paulina and Bill were very gracious in taking pictures of our group multiple times. Masks were worn in the Jeeps and at any point on the tour when we encountered others and could not socially distance. GermX was availabe in the Jeeps but we also had our own.
