Overview

Take a wild ride in an airboat to discover the headwaters to the Florida Everglades, just south of Orlando. Keep your eyes open during your exciting ride through the wetlands, you never know when a gator may pop its head above water to check you out!

See our Native American Village with towering Chickee huts cover genuine artifacts and hand-made creations of Native Americans in the daily workings of the Native American Village.

You will feel like a true miner discovering various gems along our 70-foot mine! This activity is great for all ages and abilities.

Before or after your tour, dine with an unforgettable lake view at Boggy Bottom BBQ. With indoor or outdoor seating, you’ll enjoy true Florida style BBQ and all the fixins’. On the menu you get to choose one side item, plus your choice of either a hamburger or hot dog or one of our amazing sandwiches: Pulled pork, BLT, grilled chicken, steak & cheese, or beef brisket. Enjoy the restaurant 7 days a week.

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

Please check in through our on-site restaurant- Boggy Bottom BBQ. The Captain will meet you and walk passengers to the dock.

Driver was fun ... Showed us lots of good stuff. Loved the meal!! Fun to see wildlife. Games while we waited were fun!

Did the airboat, gem and lunch. Our guide spent nearly the entire time looking for alligators. No history, no bird or plant or biology. Just looking for alligators, which he did find. It obviously is also difficult to hear what he might be saying when wearing ear protection. The gem mining was fun for the kids, they liked it better than the boat ride. Lunch was worth the upcharge on the basic ticket. Everyone was nice. The area was well maintained.

We do not have commentary in the ear muffs because we prefer giving our customers one on one time and our captains stop the boat and turn it off along the way to get a more up close and personal experience. If this was not your experience please contact us directly with more details. We prefer that to trying to speak through the hearing protection while the boat is running. Archery and gem mining were my 3 favorites and the food was DELICIOUS! This adventure was definitely a departure from traditional themes parks and I recommend it for anyone who wants to do more than riding a Rollercoaster!
