Overview

Take a wild ride in an airboat to discover the headwaters to the Florida Everglades, just south of Orlando. Keep your eyes open during your exciting ride through the wetlands, you never know when a gator may pop its head above water to check you out!

See our Native American Village with towering Chickee huts cover genuine artifacts and hand-made creations of Native Americans in the daily workings of the Native American Village.

You will feel like a true miner discovering various gems along our 70-foot mine! This activity is great for all ages and abilities.

Before or after your tour, dine with an unforgettable lake view at Boggy Bottom BBQ. With indoor or outdoor seating, you’ll enjoy true Florida style BBQ and all the fixins’. On the menu you get to choose one side item, plus your choice of either a hamburger or hot dog or one of our amazing sandwiches: Pulled pork, BLT, grilled chicken, steak & cheese, or beef brisket. Enjoy the restaurant 7 days a week.

What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

Please check in through our on-site restaurant- Boggy Bottom BBQ. The Captain will meet you and walk passengers to the dock.

My family of five did the ultimate package that included the 30 minute airboat ride, lunch (choice of a sandwich, side & drink), gem mining and admission. I purchased this from Groupon and saved money. First, the airboat ride was fun and fast, definitely windy, which we actually enjoyed!!! It was a shame we only saw one alligator due to the weather/time of year (hot, temps in the 80's, April) but our tour guide, John, was so nice and showed us other wildlife. My daughters (ages 6 & 9) really enjoyed the gem mining! We all really enjoyed the food. My husband and I had the BBQ pulled pork and beef brisket! Absolutely delicious! We all feed the alligators that cost $5/bag for the alligator food. My husband and kids did some archery too ($5 for 8 arrows). It was a very nice day trip with my family.

Kids had a great time! They enjoyed the mining and playing games while we waited for our tour. The 30min your was great for our little one - it kept their attention and the tour guide was funny. The staff were all very nice - our tour was running slightly behind and the accommodated our group by offering free snacks. Would definitely recommend!
