Take a wild ride in an airboat to discover the headwaters to the Florida Everglades, just south of Orlando. Keep your eyes open during your exciting ride through the wetlands, you never know when a gator may pop its head above water to check you out!

See our Native American Village with towering Chickee huts cover genuine artifacts and hand-made creations of Native Americans in the daily workings of the Native American Village.

You will feel like a true miner discovering various gems along our 70-foot mine! This activity is great for all ages and abilities.

Before or after your tour, dine with an unforgettable lake view at Boggy Bottom BBQ. With indoor or outdoor seating, you’ll enjoy true Florida style BBQ and all the fixins’. On the menu you get to choose one side item, plus your choice of either a hamburger or hot dog or one of our amazing sandwiches: Pulled pork, BLT, grilled chicken, steak & cheese, or beef brisket. Enjoy the restaurant 7 days a week.

What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

Please check in through our on-site restaurant- Boggy Bottom BBQ. The Captain will meet you and walk passengers to the dock.

This was so much fun! Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable - we saw two bald eagles, two alligators, cows, and many types of birds. The BBQ was delicious, and the kids had a blast at the gem mining activity! Definitely worth a visit!!

Airboat and seeing wildlife in the water. I enjoyed the native American exhibit and my daughter liked seeing alligators up close. I also believe the whole family liked the gem, fossil mining experience. We will definitely try to come back and bring more family and friends.

Going into this trip I wasn’t sure of what to expect, we were looking for an Everglades tour to do while on our trip to Orlando and came across Boggy Creek. The price was great and there were many aspects included so we booked it. When we got there we had some time to do the gem mining before our airboat ride and although probably an activity more so for children, us adults had such a fun time finding new gems. The boat tour was a bit chilly because of the wind so I would suggest bringing a jacket and wearing long pants. The front row has the best view so make sure to get to the boat early enough. Our captain Patrick was very informative and pointed out the gators on the water. Afterwards we ordered lunch and checked out the gift shop. Overall it was filled with surprises and we are really glad we did it!
