What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

You'll feel like you are flying as you race across the water surface at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour on a 30- or 60-minute ride. The 17-seater airboat lets you see parts of the wetlands inaccessible by car, while feeling the thrill of speeding across the water with the wind in your hair.

We used boogy creek airboat rides along with gemstone mining and ATV for our kids and we had a great experience in each of these activities. Our guide on the airboat took pains to show us multiple sightings of crocs, water snakes, turtles, etc. to the delight of all onboard and also explained details on crocs. Ana, who was in charge of providing activities tickets, was great with giving extra pieces of gemstones to kids for mining which got them really excited. She was also willing to give kids extra time with ATV's.Overall perfect place for the family fun and adventure!! We all loved our time here which was well spent!

My husband and I did the 1 hour ride and it was wonderful! Capt. Ryan was great, very informative, we saw plenty of alligators, turtles, and all different types of birds. The gator in the water is about 12 ft long. It was an awesome, beautiful day. Would highly recommend.

To be honest, this was NOT the airboat tour company we had on our mind. We in fact had not decided which to go with. However, whilst being at Gatorland, we came to know about this company and reviews looked great so thought of giving it a try. This is located at Lake Tohopekaliga. Unfortunately, we did not get 60 min tour since all slots were booked so we took 30 min ride and whoa! what a wonderful ride it was. We were just before sunset and views were exceptional. Airboat Captain was great and he took us to the spots where we saw mama gator with her newborns and also showed us snakeland.. so many were there. Wished it would have lasted longer but overall enjoyed our first ever airboat ride. Excellent and worth visiting for location and views.
