What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

You'll feel like you are flying as you race across the water surface at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour on a 30- or 60-minute ride. The 17-seater airboat lets you see parts of the wetlands inaccessible by car, while feeling the thrill of speeding across the water with the wind in your hair.

Long before the mouse built his magical house the old Florida tradition was to take an airboat ride in Everglades and watch alligator shows and spot wildlife. The deep glades tours are hours from Orlando in the heart of Alligator Alley. But, you can get a good taste of the experience and have a fun family adventure through Boggy Creek without venturing too far from Orlando. The great thing about an airboat ride is the range of wildlife you see and the sheet thrill of skimming through shallow water and knocking down reeds eager to spot a gator, turtle or bird around the bend. My Mom had an airboat ride on her bucket list and we made that happen at Boggy Creek and all 7 of us had a good experience.

This Is a must do if you are travelling from the UK, we seen at least 5 gators. The people were very friendly and helpful. We went on a Saturday midday and they were able to slot us in with only a 15 minute wait and that was for 10 of us!

Talk about INCREDIBLE!!!! I went on the night tour and it was so amazing. The captain was knowledgeable, courteous and entertaining. We saw at least 7 or 8 alligators as well as other nocturnal creatures. Its cold in the evening so bring a jacket. This company provides eye protection and earmuff style sound suppressors if you need them....although I personally didn't need them. This is a MUST DO activity and the next time I am back in the Orlando area, I will be doing this AGAIN!!!! Worth the price and your time.
