What a fun, unique boat ride! Brandon, our Captain, was fantastic! He was fun, friendly and knowledgeable! He spotted a gator sunning itself and stopped so we could watch it and he told us all about gators. So much better than seeing them in a zoo! The ride was a lot of fun too! They have a cute little area with things to do that you can walk around while you wait for your ride. We bought discounted tickets on Orlando Attractions website and only had to wait 30 minutes for our ride (we had no reservation). We did show up a few minutes before it opened. It is a very pretty lake area! The bar was open, everyone was friendly, having a good time! We would definitely do it again! Only about 40 minutes from Orlando!

Granddaughter rated this bottom of all the activities she did. Did the 10.40 tour. Before we started the guide said it was hot and all the gators would be at the bottom of the lake. Saw 3 different types of birds only. The guide never spoke while on the tour. Do not waste your money and time.

We have been in business for over 27 years and our captains are highly trained to educate their passengers about the area flora, fauna and wildlife. If your captain did not meet our criteria we need to find out which captain you had so that we can work on retraining him. Please email us more information about your tour such as the tour date, and the captainā€™s name. If you cannot remember your captainā€™s name we would appreciate it if you can give us a description of his estimated age, hair color, body build, and if he had facial hair or not. We would also like to know if you complained to the front desk after your tour. (We want to be sure our staff handled your complaint appropriately.) Any information you can provide us will be very helpful so that we can investigate this further. We do not have commentary in the ear muffs because we prefer giving our customers one on one time and our captains stop the boat and turn it off along the way to get a more up close and personal experience. We prefer that to trying to speak through the hearing protection while the boat is running. We are sorry you didnā€™t see as much wildlife as you had expected on your tour. There are many things that contribute to the amount of wildlife you would see on any given tour. The time of year, the time of day and the temperature. We advise to come early in the morning or at night during the summer, and the middle of the day (when itā€™s the warmest) during the winter. We do have a tour that we guarantee alligator sightings. We guarantee it at night, since alligators are nocturnal, and move around the most at night. We hope to hear from you soon so that this can be resolved to your satisfaction. Please donā€™t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions at all. We appreciate all comments and suggestions from our customers so that we may increase our performance and always provide excellent service to our customers.

Roaring across the foliage on the lake. Wonderful wildlife and we saw an alligator close up. Brilliant experience and highly recommended.
