What To Expect

Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures

You'll feel like you are flying as you race across the water surface at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour on a 30- or 60-minute ride. The 17-seater airboat lets you see parts of the wetlands inaccessible by car, while feeling the thrill of speeding across the water with the wind in your hair.

Last Monday we had visitors from out of town, so we pre-planned a morning visit to Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures. We opted for a 60 minute ride, thinking in advance that it may have been too long and boring. We were all pleasantly surprised that we were wrong! The captain was very personable and knowledgeable and showed us many interesting things on the lake--alligators, various various varieties of birds, vegetation, etc...and before we knew it, the ride was over. We were having such a nice ride... I guess we'll just have to visit again another day!

A very pleasant trip on the swamp. Pre booked online, turned up and only waited 10 mins for tour to start. Saw 6 gators in all. Listened to the native Indian talk to, which was informative and interesting. A very reasonable priced tour.

I did the sunset hour long tour with 70 year old parents through to 10 year old son. We all loved the boat ride and seen a few alligators. We arrived early and decided to have food at the cafe. From the mac and cheese, ribs to gater bites we all agreed it was excellent and great value for money. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. So in a nutshell: peaceful, relaxed, good value, great fun without a wait, nice food and friendly staff.....not Disney then! So good my 10 year old bought the t shirt..with his own money! Thanks Boggy Creek!
