Went on Seadog in Chicago, this trip is not very exhilarating or worth the money if you have been on a speed boat before, your better off spending your money on architecture boat tour that is informative. Seadog is just a half hour boat ride of looking at city which is nice but not what I was expecting

Our flight to Chicago was canceled, so we had to cancel our vacation. I called Viator to ask for a refund, and they told me to contact the excursion company (City Experiences). City Experiences then told me to call Viator. They promised me that a supervisor would call me within 48 hours, but haven’t heard anything yet.
