360 CHICAGO Observation Deck sits 1,000 feet over Chicago’s legendary Michigan Avenue. Located on the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan (formerly the John Hancock Center), 360 CHICAGO gives you the opportunity to experience what 'Travel & Leisure Magazine' voted one of the best views in America.

360 CHICAGO’s concourse level includes an interactive exhibit highlighting the history of Chicago and the vibrant cultures and businesses across Chicago neighborhoods. Explore Chicago beyond downtown after watching a short documentary titled 3 of 77 featuring an immersive view of three Chicago neighborhoods.

While taking in the views enjoy a beverage from the newly renovated CloudBar. Serving up iconic Chicago snacks, like Garrett’s popcorn, and neighborhood-inspired cocktails with local brewery, Moody Tongue on tap. Guests receive one beverage from the Sip Menu with their ticket.

Entry located at the lower concourse of 875 N Michigan Ave.

Guests may skip the ticket desk and immediately enter the security line. This ticket does not grant access to the Fast Pass Lane to the elevators.

Please do not discard ticket after scanning for entry. The QR code is needed to redeem for sip option.

In cases of low visibility or inclement weather 360 CHICAGO is nonrefundable, however you may reschedule for up to 1 year. If you would like to reschedule please do so prior to scanning the ticket. Once the ticket is scanned 360 CHICAGO can no longer reschedule the visit.

Experience the best views of Chicago from the 94th floor of 875 N. Michigan Ave (formerly the John Hancock Center). Travel over 1,000 feet up into the clouds in just 40 seconds on board one of the fastest elevators in North America and see Chicago, Lake Michigan, and four US states from the 94th floor. Learn about Chicago’s rich history, extraordinary architecture, and thriving neighborhoods, and Step onto the CloudWalk to experience a breathtaking 3D mural by artist Nate Baranowski. Its optical illusion tempts visitors to step onto the artwork and into the clouds for a thrilling photo opportunity. Sip on a Chicago-themed cocktail from CloudBar while taking in the magnificent views of the city.

It didn't take long for us to get on the elevator, and once on the ride to the top was fast and smooth. We took in the awesome views the enjoyed a refreshing drink while overlooking the city.

Take photos with them if you are considering to do the tilt ‘cuz you will pay lots of $$$ just for 2 photos repeating same position. Otherwise you are fine with your phone. The tilt is not worth it.

This was a great way to see the beautiful views of Chicago! Nice cool area to grab a cocktail and look around. We did the tilt and it was neat and not as scary as I thought it would be (sometimes heights scare me). Definitely recommend doing this!
