Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.

Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
Room and Booking Details: Hotel rooms will feature either two Full/Double beds or one King/Queen bed, depending on availability at the time of check-in. Each room accommodates a maximum of four travelers. For groups larger than four, separate bookings are required.
For Groups with Multiple Bookings: To ensure your group travels together on the same bus, please provide all confirmation numbers after completing your bookings.
On the last day for the tour, we will provide two return destinations,Los Angeles or San Francisco. Only included an itinerary with travelers return to Los Angeles. NO itinerary for the travelers return to San Francisco. Please check on product itinerary for more details. Thank you for the understanding.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

Absolutely horrible tour experience. Make sure you go through other people's review. Our luggage were lost at the end of the tour. We stored in the bus undercarriage storage compartment in the morning and it was not there when we finished the tour. The company said the passengers are held accountable for guarding their own luggages and is not willing to help to provide any compensation. Is this a joke? Can you really expect all your passengers to guard the bus undercarriage compartment at all times? There is ZERO accountability with this tour agency. They hire many contractors and work with lots of middleman...no one is held accountable in the end. AVOID AT ALL COST. ... otherwise you might be going home without your IDs and clothing.

Dear Customer, Our sincerest apologies that although we tried our best to help you find it, we still couldn't find it. Someone claimed he take the wrong luggage, left a phone number, but there was no answer anymore. Even so, we put forward that we would like to provide $250 as a compensation, but you want $2000, we tried our best to help you, but it is a pity, we could not reach an agreement on the compensation.
