These clowns are a joke and scam artists. They claimed we crashed our ATV’s and tried to commit INSURANCE FRAUD, we called them out and quickly changed their story. Maps and garbage old navigation didn't work at all. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I will be filing a chargeback on my card!

I apologize that you had a bad experience. Unfortunately you were driving recklessly and way out of our riding area this type of damage was completely avoidable. You were going so fast and you hit a rock and cracked the engine case. There was in no way insurance fraud and we followed our procedures to the tee. It should be noted that you claimed responsibility at the time, you just didn't want to pay.

These people are total scam artists, a group of friends and I all took out a total of 6 different styles of the ATV's (4, double and single riders) for 8 hours. When we returned we were greeted by Colton a younger employee that was really nice and checking in our equipment with our any issues. Then the "owner" stormed out and asked us why we crashed them and didn't say anything? Umm, I'm pretty sure if we crashed someone would be really badly hurt! He accused of crashing one and was going to charge our credit card $3,000! He was so unbelievably rude and super aggressive towards everyone in our group. After arguing back and forth that he was clearly out of his mind he then looked at another one and said it was also crashed and was going to charge us $6,000! We then argued back and forth again that he was planning to commit insurance fraud and changed his story back to the original $3,000. On top of all of this nonsense we are still fighting with them about the "maps & navigation" didn't work AT ALL - we got lost more than a few times. I get that times are tough with covid going on, but to scam your customers out of thousands of dollars is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

What an INCREDIBLE experience! I rented the one-person ACE for four hours. I was a bit nervous because I've never gone offroading before, but the Sedona ATV staff was so helpful and also so excited for me! I loved their energy. They really do make it idiot-proof, with a GPS screen, laminated map, and photo book of turn by turn directions. Then I set off and man, what a ride! Some of it was gentle, some of it was intense. It was thrilling and exhilarating and terrifying - just an amazing adventure. Worth every penny. TIP: Wear pants, only because the floor generates a lot of heat and you'll feel it on your leg.
