What To Expect

Crab Island Adventure Cruises

We will spend up to 2 hours at Crab Island. This is a sandbar on the Destin harbor, and is typically around 2-4 ft deep. There are food and ice cream vendors, as well as paddle boards and floats to play on.

Destin Harbor

We will spend about 30 minutes each way on a boat ride to crab island. On the way, we may see dolphins and other sea life

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We had a great experience. The captain and his first mate were very friendly and helpful. If you go, take plenty of drinks and food. They have vendors selling food out in the water but it's expensive. To find the tour, once you arrive to the marina, use the ramp/dock on the far right and look for the Welcome to Baytown Marina sign at the top. Crab Island Cruisers meet right there. My only complaint would be 4 hrs is not long enough. Wish there was a 6 or 7hr option. But it is a great trip to book

My son, daughter, and I went to the Crab Island. We arrived 20 minutes late due to parking issues as there was an event in the Marina on that day. Captain Lanz was very nice and sent me a friendly message checking on our whereabouts and waited for us to arrived before leaving. Upon arrival, his first mate, Jayton was in front waiting for us and offered to help us with our belonging. During the entire trip, Jayton was very friendly and attentive to all the people in the boat offering water bottles, and getting our drinks from the cooler and other things that makes our trip a very comfortable one. When we arrived at the Crab Island, they provided us a paddle board and a floating mat to use. My kids and I had a blast!
