40-minute Airplane Tour of Portland

Overview
Downtown Portland, Oregon extends west from the Willamette River to Interstate 405, and south from the Union Station train depot to just south of the Portland State University campus. High-density business and residential towers rise into the skies of Oregon's largest city and metropolitan area where bustling highways and roadways converge to maintain the demands of commerce and tourism. With a network of public transport light-rail train stations, trams, streetcars, and pedi-cabs, the city is vibrant, unique, and awesome in a way only Portland can be. Surrounded by hills to the west, a river populated by numerous bridges, and a breathtaking view of Mt. Hood to the east.

This was a gift to a friend (he sat in front seat). We’ve lived in Portland a long time, and so it was amazing to fly above the city at 2500ft and see all our neighborhoods and places we know from a new perspective. We went on a clear day with Sun low in sky to cast longer shadows. Flew above the Willamette up to Oregon City, around the falls and back. Definitely worth it! Took many pictures, and videos. Pilot was friendly and knowledgeable. You wear an over ear headset with microphone that they supply so you can talk to each other and get to listen in on pilots and air traffic. Lots of smiles. It was good experience.

Absolutely incredible experience!! An absolute MUST DO whether you live in the area or are visiting. We’re from the Beaverton, Or area and it was so fun to see the greater Portland area from that vantage point. Our pilot, Clay, was so personable, professional, and knowledgeable! Such a great experience all around! We will absolutely be back for more flights with Envi!

5-stars well deserved. We had a wonderful time flying with Envi Adventures and highly recommend to everyone. My wife and I took the "Portlandia" tour right before sunset and had the greatest experience. It was beautiful. Thank you to the Envi team!
