Carriage very old. Just not what we were expecting. Guide tour was just okay. Pricey for what was given

Your drivers name was justin your ride was at 6pm may 7th 2021 the carriage you rode in was 6 years old and had new upostry and painted this last winter this is not old at all for a carriage they do have Carriages that are over a 100years old still in operation today and our pricing is within the average throughout the United States we are very sorry your experience was not amazing as our company holds safety and customer satisfaction as our top priority thank you

Ride was excellent but there wasn’t any narration. Driver said he was familiar with the route. A little disappointed. Wanted to know about Nashville. First time here

Your driver name was justin your ride was 8pm on the 7th may 2021 we video every ride with a front view and a back view we will go over the video and reprimand the driver if need to we are very sorry you feel thier was not enough narration our company holds safety and client enjoyment as our #1 priority thank you
