It got canceled...we need refund. Very disappointing! We were about to walk out the door and saw we had a phone call canceling our trip. It had rained very little

Hello, We apologize that you were unable to go on your tour. For anyone else that might be reading this review, we want to let you know that this guest was informed 24 hours prior to their tour that there may be cancellations due to weather. There were mudslide warnings issued in Malibu as well as continual rain all throughout the morning. We were unable to send the tour out for safety reasons. All guests attending received a full refund immediately and were warned ahead of time of the possibility.
