Minimum age is 6 years old.
Weight restrictions: 50 lbs. but no more than 250 lbs.Customers are weighed on site. If you are outside the limits there is NO Refund.
Guests should be prepared for some light physical activity.
Customers with serious neck, back, joint injuries, or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in this activity.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, should not participate in this tour.
Not recommended/ permitted for pregnant women.
There is no smoking, alcohol, or drug use permitted at any time prior to, or throughout, the zip line runs.
Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs and walk a short distance over uneven terrain.
Must have closed-toed shoes with a heel strap (NO HIGH HEELS). Must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. Athletic or hiking shoes are required. NO Teva’s, Keene’s, Crocs, Skeletoes or Sketcher Shapers allowed on the course.

Guides required to regularly wash hands
COVID-19 PROCEDURES: Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized between each tour. Please fill out your waiver online in advance! one waiver per participant. Masks are required in our office and during equipment set up. If you are experiencing COVID-like symptoms, please do not come to participate.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This is a super fun quick zip line to do. It was great for us because you don’t have to do too much traveling to get to each line.

We started out terrified and only doing 5 lines! By the end we upgraded to all 8, we were spinning upside down, trust falling and letting go as we spare through the Jungle! You don’t want to miss zip #7! Most amazing guides John & Savannah - they made the experience all the better! Thank you for the best adventure!

John and Sophie were excellent guides and very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great local ideas to check out! Everyone was super kind and helpful, the property was absolutely beautiful and even the people in our party who didn’t zip line enjoyed just exploring the trails! We’ll absolutely book again on our next trip to Maui! Mahalo!
