Such a great experience! I took my 73 year old mom and two sons, ages 12 and 15 on this zip line tour. We had the best guides (Ryland and Tim). My boys are STILL talking about how cool they were. Funny, knowledgable, entertaining. And we felt completely safe with them as our guides. The zip lines offer a phenomenal view of the ocean. And they’re FUN! The ATV ride almost felt like a ride at Disneyland, except you’re in the mountains of Maui. There are some stairs to get up to the towers but not too many. My mom had to go slow but made it fine. And it was no problem for the guides. She really enjoyed herself! All around a wonderful thing to do with the family! Im sure we’ll be reflecting on this memory all year.

We live locally here in Kapalua. My husband and I went on the zip-line as a birthday present for my husband. It was the best present! One of the highlights that is unique to Kapalua Zip is that the entire 6 line course is double so the the two of us could go down together and share each thrilling zipline. The office staff was informative and super friendly. Andy and Collin were our instructors. The two of them were exceptional! They were both fun and professional at the same time. I was a little apprehensive at first but they were both great at explaining exactly how to do it. The views were beautiful especially from the SUSPENSION BRIDGE. They took great pictures and video for us to capture the whole day.

This was our first time to zipline. We were excited and a bit nervous but Ryland answered all of our questions and made everyone feel at ease so we could really enjoy the experience. Brandon was our "catcher" and he was calm and cool even when some of us didn't follow the hand signals coming in. Kevin was our driver and handled that crazy dirt road up the mountain well. Everyone on staff was great. The highlight of the day is really the 6 dual ziplines, the scenery and the amazing views! I would highly recommend Kapalua Ziplines.
