Our driver went an hour out of the way and got lost - made several wrong turns. We missed our lunch reservation and had to change our entire plan for the day. The limo was old outdated had dents on the side. The manager we spoke to was unwilling to give us any money back.

Couldn't have been better. We were a bit disorderly and the driver was really patient. Van was gorgeous and comfortable and, to top it off, I had forgotten where I had parked my car after the trip and he wouldn't let me off the van till we found it. Great experience, great service all the way around!
