APEX did a wonderful job of arranging our trip to Napa. I was able to schedule the entire trip on the phone and received recommendations for wineries to go to for our itinerary. Eric was our driver and he did a phenomenal job of driving and ensuring we maximized out time at wineries. He was knowledgeable about the area and even suggested a great stop for some excellent Pinot Noirs. We really enjoyed some of the history and context he could provide for places we went and he got us back right on schedule. I would highly recommend APEX for anyone planning to spend a day or half day in the Valley. Ask for Eric as your driver!

We had a wonderful private Napa tour with Apex and Mel. Every step of the reservation process was a pleasure with Nellie...and she assured us that Mel would be perfect for our tour. Mel is the MAN! Knowledgeable about the area as well as specific vineyard offerings, he was a fantastic escort. The vehicle was new, clean and we always felt safe with Mel at the wheel. After only a short time it felt like Mel was part of the family and our adult kids really appreciated the insight he shared so generously. We all look forward to our next visit with Apex and Mel.

We had a fantastic time with Mel. We have always been throughly impressed with all the Apex drivers we have had the privilege to ride with, but you can’t help but feel like you’re family by the time you’ve spent a few hours with Mel. Sitting around the table in a tiny winery like Allory with the winemaker and Mel just telling jokes, and getting to experience the genuine warmth and camaraderie of the people of Napa. It’s priceless. Mel is of course a consummate professional, and puts safety and good service before any other concern, but he is so personable you quickly feel you’ve known him forever. He seems to be able to seamlessly read the need and find just the right spot for the next stop wherever you are in Napa. Can’t recommned him highly enough; just relax, be real, be yourself and Mel will take care of ensuring you have an incredible time.
