The communication with the company missed a key step :we went with their recommended itinerary however we were never informed that we were responsible to make the reservations. Thank goodness our driver Don was quick on his feet and put all the last minute reservations together for us.

Dear Gary, We apologize for any misunderstanding in communication that took place regarding winery appointments. We did investigate the issue and noticed that when the representative was communicating with you via email - we asked you if you made reservations to which you replied “not yet” so we assumed that you understood that wineries require reservations. This was our mistake to assume this. This has been noted and going forward we will be clearer with our clients. We sent you geographically efficient Sample itineraries. We call them samples because it’s a sample day plan without reservations for clients to take a look at and choose if they want to visit wineries we recommend. Clients are responsible for booking appointments from the sample itineraries or they can use our Concierge service at additional cost. We do offer concierge service at an additional fee for clients that prefer us to make reservations for them. Clients need to provide credit card info and authorize us to use the credit card on their behalf to book appointments at the wineries. Thank you for your feedback - we are glad that you still had a great time and our chauffeur booked all appointments for you on the day of pickup. We specialize in Napa Valley wine tasting transportation, so all our chauffeurs are very knowledgeable in the area.

We had the BEST experience with Apex on our wine tasting day through Napa Valley. Sasha was the greatest driver, made fantastic suggestions, and kept us well on track between our reservations. Highly, highly recommend.
