As soon as you book you will get called to pay more money for gas and gratuity. You will need to have the places you want to see already booked and paid for . The description says lunch will be provided but that is not true you stop at a deli in which the driver gets a kick back for taking you there. We heard stories of how he picked up a wealthy man and in his words hookers. The traffic was heavy so he took back curvy roads home which caused one of our passengers to get sick. He was not prepared for this and belittled the passenger and threatened a 1000.00 charge. While I agree with cleaning the car the charge was a little excessive when the damage was minimal. The passenger used her own bag to get sick in.

The booking platform states that there will be a driver's tip, and a gas fee added to each reservation. (See What's included what's excluded) when booking your reservation. Nowhere does the booking platform says that Napa Valley Suv will pay for the groups lunch. We have no idea where she got that from. This was a terrible experience. The client's daughter got sick in the car. She never said anything to the driver. No warning at all. Never asked the driver to pull over. The driver realized that there was commotion in the rear of the Suv so he pulled over only the discover the mess. The mother thought it was funny and just laughed. The driver helped the daughter out of the car, and she continued her sickness on the grass on the side of the road. Mother never helped at all. Just sat there. Now she's complaining about the sanitation fees. The Suv had to be professionally detailed and was taken out of service for two days. Now she is complaining about the driver's tip and the fuel fee. She's even complaining about the winery's tasting fees. It was a terrible experience for the driver.
