We stood in line for 20 monitors to pay and it wasn’t even busy. No apology for delay and at one point there wasn’t anyone even working the register. We were charged for a spectator fee which is a joke.

I just visited for the first time and it will be the last time. The staff is horrible they lack the skills to work with people your staff is the definition of people just there for a check. The location was filled over capacity and the service was horrible. If this is the service you provide your customers you should really consider an overhaul or you will go out of business.

Unfortunately, we do experience some minor crowding at peak hours, particularly during the most popular days of the week (Thurs-Sun). For guests who are sensitive to those issues, we encourage them to visit during our less-busy hours and days when it's quieter and you can have the trampolines all to yourselves! There are plenty of trampolines but the staff does not do a good job of making sure people don’t cut in front of people that are waiting. Some activities we were unable to do because others didn’t take turns.
