I had the pleasure of taking my dad on his first ever trip on an airboat ride and exploring the Everglades - I chose River of Grass Adventures for this trip. We had an awesome time! I want to thank Becky for her guidance on booking my trip - and of course - the trip would not have been complete without our Captain Willy. CPT Willy’s passion and care for the Everglades environment was evident as he explained that various wildlife held in the Everglades, the different birds, the issue with the Pythons— and how the grass filters the water. We had a few Alligators swim very close to our boat - which was quite exciting - and we got to see the Alligator nests with the mama’s close by. CPT Willy made sure to show us as much of the flora and explained how the inside of the river grass can also be used as bandage, and other tips to what is found in the Everglades. I was happy to have given this experience to my elderly dad - and I thank both Becky and CPT Willy for their kind attention!

We had the best time on one airboat ride! Captain Willy was fantastic. He shared so many interesting facts and answered all of our questions. I lost track of how many gators we saw. Beautiful birds as well. What an experience! Thank you!!

We wanted a memorable and unique-to-Florida experience on our short trip to Ft Lauderdale and our River of Grass tour was perfect. All 5 of us had so much fun on our 1 1/2 hour ride. Captain Robby was great and really explained what we were seeing. He was patient and answered all our questions. I also liked that, unlike other airboat captains, our captan was a very respectful of the wildlife around us. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, whether you're looking for fun and excitement or nature and wonder.
