Captain Rob was amazing. The airboat was great. If you are nervous about boats like me. dont be. He went in a controlled manner and was NOT a thrill ride. We saw some amazing things. It was relaxing and informative.

Unlike many of the Everglades airboat tours which emphasize entertainment more than education, this company provides a serious, but still fun, introduction to the flora, fauna and challenges of this remarkable region of the country. Captain Mike is as skillful a driver of the airboat as he is a knowledgeable steward of the environment. Top notch in all respects!

We printed out our online booking and went to the meeting point address shown on the front page, which was a large Gas Station on a very busy crossroads. We arrived about 30 minutes early, asked inside as we were a bit confused as to whether we were at the correct location. We were told, yes, just to wait outside by the desk which had a sign on it saying, Air Boat Trips. There were 2 other couples waiting there too, but it turned out that they had booked with a French company. Anyway when their representative arrived she kindly let us follow her (in our car) and she pointed us in the right direction. So by this time we had missed our trip. Yes if we had read the whole confirmation we would have seen that the actual meeting point was elsewhere. But we were on a very busy schedule of excursions and different locations throughout Florida, hence we took the first address shown on the booking. But we did still get to ride on the air boat and got 90 minutes instead of 60, which we enjoyed. Sadly it made for a very long day as we then had another 2 hour drive to our next Hotel on the Keys.
