Guests must wear closed-toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are available free-of-charge on request
Participants must be minimum five years of age and weigh between 40 and 270 lbs (19 kilograms and 122 kilograms)
Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their participation agreement
Expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems are not permitted on the ziplines
CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

The zipline is great and the people make the experience fabulous !! The check in process was smooth as was gearing up. As long as you meet the weight limit, there are rain jackets (if wet out) and harnesses for all sizes of people. The guides are very personable while being professional and above all, safe. There is one small staircase to get to the first platform and one easily climbable ladder later on. No giant hikes or rope ladders here. The views from the zipline are amazing and you will have time (and nerve) to look around while zipping along. There is a “scaredy cat claus” where you can get a refund if you try the first zip and it just isn’t your jam. There are no negatives with this operation. Try it !!!

Such a great time! Fun for all ages! The sight were amazing. Matt and Jake were great guides, showing us how to do various tricks for each line. Definitely will come back again.

This was such a fun family activity! Dallas and Kyle were really well informed and so great with our 8 year old daredevil son. Safety was a huge priority and they really did a great job with everyone in our party. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and knew a lot about the property, taking time to explain the different tree variety’s, wildlife and the views. They demonstrated cool techniques and made sure to point out where cameras were for fun videos and photos at the end. We highly recommend North Shore Zip Lines!
