Guests must wear closed-toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are available free-of-charge on request
Participants must be minimum five years of age and weigh between 40 and 270 lbs (19 kilograms and 122 kilograms)
Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their participation agreement
Expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems are not permitted on the ziplines
CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

We were new to zip lining and choose this place for their family friendly approach. Our guides, Ben and Kai, made us (family of 3 with a 10 year old) feel comfortable and safe and we had a great time. Our only wish was that we could have gone longer! But highly recommend if you are a beginner and have kids that may need some extra reassurance.

Your guys were great. Very fun and nice and informative so we didn’t hurt ourselves. It also helped we were with another family that was really nice so we all had a lot of fun and they made it so so easy for us to just enjoy the runs and now worry about anything!!
