Guests must wear closed-toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are available free-of-charge on request
Participants must be minimum five years of age and weigh between 40 and 270 lbs (19 kilograms and 122 kilograms)
Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their participation agreement
Expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems are not permitted on the ziplines
CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

I had a terrible experience at North Shore Zip Line. Despite spending around $400 for my family, the zip lines were not as high or thrilling as expected. The overall experience was underwhelming and didn't justify the cost. Definitely not worth the money. I would give this a zero option but there is not
