Guests must wear closed-toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are available free-of-charge on request

Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their participation agreement
Expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems are not permitted on the ziplines
CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

The location is incredible and walking through it is a separate experience in seeing the Maui landscape. Our guides taught us about some of the plants growing there and we ate guava from the tree. Very fun experience.

So much fun! I think what makes this place so special are the guides! Rachel and David were spectacular!! They were funny, they really knew their sh*!, and they were so kind! This is perfect for first-timers, or those who have only ziplined a couple of times. I don't know any zipline experts, well with the exception of Rachel and David, so not sure if it's too slow pace for the connoisseurs! I almost passed this place up if it wasn't for our hotel's recommendation. Will definitely do this again next time we are back!

The guides were great- just wish the zip lines were a little more exciting higher up above the trees or through the trees. There was only three lines that were like that otherwise most of the lines were it just in an open field.
