Guests must wear closed-toed shoes. Closed toed shoes are available free-of-charge on request
Participants must be minimum five years of age and weigh between 40 and 270 lbs (19 kilograms and 122 kilograms)
Minors must have a parent or guardian sign their participation agreement
Expectant mothers or those with back or neck problems are not permitted on the ziplines
CHECK-IN IS 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME
Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

Our family has a wonderful time with North Shore Zipline. Our guides, David and Kyle, were very engaging, informative, and kept apprehensions low with a heavy focus on safety. From small to tall canopy ziplines, we enjoyed great views of the Maui coast, ladders, bridges, and stood tall amongst the eucalyptus trees. Our family, including two teens, had a true blast!
