This place had my reservation 3 days before and took my money up front. Said in their instructions to come early. We waited a hour with no assistance or phone call. Needless to say nobody showed up. I called their customer service and asked for a refund. This is terrible business. Also I had to pay for an extra Uber because of their mistake. I will not use them and we have booked with another company. At the least someone could have called to apologize.

The whole trip was a terrific experience. The captain and crew (Mike and Nick) were very courteous and they emphasized our safety on the boat and the parasail at all times. Thank you Sea Rocket!
