We called at 10:30 to let the operator know we were running behind. Sea Rockets picked up and seemed pretty understanding of this and claimed that we were ok showing up at 10:57 for our 11 AM departure. At around 10:55 we get a call from the operator himself that was very rude and said we need to hurry up or else he is leaving. When we got there (10:57) we were rudely turned away by a lady even though we had just spoken to the caption and she stated that “it’s too late now. Boat already left.” which was 2 minutes from when we spoke to the captain. The whole thing was an entire mess, she offered no sympathy for two individuals that lost a good amount of money on a parasailing trip, she did not mention a potential rescheduling or anything. When I called viator they claimed they go off Sea Rockets Policy, so they couldn’t do anything either so seems both the companies just ate the 200. Solid. Fair warning for anyone planning to go, show up 40 minutes early to make sure you don’t miss it or else you will be talked down to by the caption and the lady in the sea rocket stand. 0/10, I will not be booking anything through Viator again either.

We had a blast!! I was definitely very nervous but the captain made jokes to lighten the mood. The captain and his crew member did such a good job with us. We all had a great time. Highly recommend it!!!

Our Guide was very professional and fun. I was nervous didn't know what to expect. His demonstration calmed my nerves. Being up 700 feet in the air is beautiful and breathtaking. So peaceful and relaxing.
