I'm extremely disappointed and I'm frustrated with this company. Before my arrival I called this company phone number three times . No one never answered. After arriving at this dock E for my appointment time. I received a arm band from a female employee, then I heard the boat operator say to this female employee that the Coast Guard shut down the boat operations for inspection for about two to three hours. " Meaning it's Canceled " and to return him his money. I asked the female employee did he say the Coast Guard shut down the boat? Her response was yes!! Afterwards I left the location However a short time later I witnessed other people receiving arm bands for this same activity. So with that being done. My experience with this company receives an " F "

Parasailing boats are greatly affected by marine weather. So, on the day of your visit, our parasailing boat was out of service. This is because we conducted safety inspections according to the orders of the Coast Guard. The other customers you saw (someone wearing wristbands) were our snorkeling boat customers. In the case of snorkeling tours, safety regulations are different as they are not significantly affected by wind.

Amazing experience!!! If you have never been parasailing it is most definitely a MUST DO!!!!! The boat crew were very friendly with a great sense of humor.

Got ripped off. Thought I was paying for 2 - 13 yo to go up and 3 adults to boat ride! Got overcharged and we were paying for all of us to parasail and viator would not give us our money back. I will never use the service again! The ride was fun and the people that took us up were great. I’m rating Viator!
