Great tour by Dennis!! Highly recommend Southwest adventure Tours. Great tours, very good meals that were included and hotels were very good! Highly recommend and will look at another future tour with them. Very organized and professional. I went during covid and i have to say I felt very comfortable because they made sure your safety was first. Everyone masks, socially distancing even in van and hand sanitizer at hand. I was fine and felt safe.

Yesterday, my girlfriend and I were all ready to go with our gear and day free for the narrows when we found out that Zion was requiring reservations for the park shuttles. Parking at the narrows was not allowed during this time, so shuttles were necessary, however the park shuttles were all sold out until the next day. We were told our options were to walk, bike, or rent a private shuttle, and as the narrows are 8 miles from the entrance, we wanted a shuttle. I called Southwest Adventure Tours, and the owner Jason quickly answered the phone and was extremely polite and had a shuttle ready to go next to the gate and visitor's center where we were. Within minutes, we had paid $30 each for roundtrip tickets, which was cheaper than any other private shuttle service, and our driver Wayne was the nicest person I've ever met and took us up there, with just the 2 of us being on board. Our experience was just as good on the way back. Within minutes, a Southwest Adventure Tours shuttle was ready for us at the narrows even though we finished earlier than we made the reservation for and took us right down. The service could not have been better!

I'll be honest - I was nervous going on this tour. I was going by myself and my hiking skills left much to be desired. But by the end of this tour I found myself wishing we could go to another five parks and another 10 hikes! Shybree was a wonderful tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and personable that I instantly felt at ease. She was also super accommodating - I ended up being one of the most physically people in our group and she arranged it so I would go on some more challenging hikes! We saw all of the best highlights of the five parks, in additional to some amazing side trips. The hotels we stayed in were exceptional - much nicer than I would ever pick for myself, ha! I never felt like I was pushed too far nor held back to match the group - Shybree was great at setting expectations and letting me know where to wait for everyone to catch up. October is probably one of the best times to take this tour. The only drawback was that I really wanted to hike a bit of the Narrows, but it was freezing this time of year (not that that stopped half our group)! Fall in Utah is not to be missed!
