Jesse was our tour guide and he was amazing. He wasn't just knowledgeable, he was very warm and funny. We learned a lot while touring with him. Thank you Jesse

The tour is a fast ride in a bus with poor and quick explanations of the sites of interested. It does not take 80 minutes, it takes less that an hour. Our "tour" skiped 4 stops and took a short cut an the end so it was not complete. We hired the tour in Spanish but it was in English. They told us to download an app to hear the explanations in Spanish. That was not clear in the Viator advertasing. Very expensive for what it is.

Hi Hugo, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our driver/guides are required to complete the full route, regardless of the time of day. However, they are not obligated to make stops after the designated reboarding times have passed. The multilingual tours app is prominently featured on our website, brochures, and all third-party ticket platforms. These language translation tours were developed in professional studios to cater to a diverse international audience. They are user-friendly and cover 99 key points, highlighting Boston’s history and interesting facts. We always aim to keep our tour prices the lowest and most affordable in the Boston market. We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Please feel free to contact me directly at [email protected] during your next visit to Boston, and I’d be happy to offer you a complimentary ticket for a better experience. Sincerely, Mike T

My sister and I did this tour on a recent visit. It was a great way to see the city and our driver was a local and had lots of knowledge about Boston. Easy on and off too. We toured the Paul revere house, and Boston navy yard. It was a great day with blue skies and sun. We would definitely do it again next time!
