Tour operates rain or shine. The tour has large portion that is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather. The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor weather conditions; in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather conditions, the tour will be cancelled and you will be offered a refund. However, the 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific.
9/11 Museum Policy: You will get a timed entry into the 9/11 Museum. Depending on availability, your ticket may be for immediately after the tour conclusion or some time later. The museum reserves the discretion not to admit you if you are early or late. You cannot reenter the museum. There is a security check point upon entering the museum. All large bags will need to be checked at the Coat Check. You can bring in food and beverage, but need to eat that in the Atrium level. No flash photography is allowed. No talking on cellular phones.

Rob Maass was a terrific guide. Terrific story teller and knew a lot about this tour. The tour was very informative. A lot of standing with a pretty long walk is required. We saw and learned a lot about this horrible event and were in awe over the new ongoing development. The intensity of the museum artifacts, photos and displays was beautifully and thoughtfully done. Everyone needs to do this tour. NYC is back!

The tour was very interesting and also touching. it covers all the facts combined with human stories about the heros who lost their life. The museum is great and it let you understand and feel the horror and bravary that took place that day. Liz, the tour guide was outstanding. She made the tour in extraoridinary manner.
