Spent over 2 hours here. Recommend buying advance tickets as huge queue for buy on the day. Recommend watching the 25 minute video before going into the exhibits. Boys age 12 and 15 enjoyed it. My favourite was the historic display and memorial display. It was very busy at 10am think they let too many people on at once

The ticket purchase and redeeming was super straight forward. The museum was very moving, the real voice mails of people who died was so upsetting!
