The museum is very well done. Information is thorough and detailed from the building of the World Trade Centre Towers through the 1993 bombing at WTC, 9/11, and after. It is informative and moving with care taken to recognize those lost as well as those that survived; first responders and regular citizens. It takes awhile to go through and even after 3 hours, we did not see everything. There are many items to see, plaques and write ups to read, videos to watch and radio and first accounts to listen to. It is a solemn place and feels heavy as you go through the museum reflecting and taking in information, but an important and worthwhile stop on any itinerary.

A must do if in New York, very emotional sight and insight into what happened on that day. Can't believe how many people lost their lives on that day.

The passes were easy to use. The museum was inspirational and honored such a horrid day in history well.
