Our Captain Chris was incredible. Very knowledgeable of the wildlife, plantlife, and history was amazing. He is funny and and makes the ride exhilarating but maintains safety at all times.

Alot of time spent traveling to the swamp down the canals, would rather that time spent out on the water. Would have liked a full throttle ride in lieu of that chanel time (30 minutes there and back) Captain Scott is great

Thank you for the review. The canal is our only way out to the Everglades, it is about a 6 minute travel down and our speed is regulated by the county. We want our guests to enjoy their tour and learn more about the wildlife.

We arrived 30 min prior like specified and at the time of departure we were told that it was canceled. Wasted time and gas getting to this place just to be told it was canceled due to the boat having issues. I feel that this should have been communicated sooner and/or other accommodation made. I'm still waiting for my refund.

We do not want to waste our guests time, and do our best to keep everyone undated as we get updates. We did request from Viator for your refund to be sent immediately, I do apologize if they have not sent it.
