We got a text asking if we could come about 45 mins early to beat a rain storm coming, was excellent timing! Captain Roy was a great guide! Very funny and informative, went out of his way to make sure we saw gators and other wildlife. My kids (8 and 10) LOVED this. Worth every penny and would definitely go again.

The experience was average. We did manage to see about 5 alligators. That includes 2 baby alligators. The area was really nice. Something to do once. My main issue was we were quoted one price and charged more. I did complain and it was not adjusted. The quote was $130.00 for 2 people plus tax. We were charged 138.69 plus tax and a fuel surcharge. Total 149.74.

Hi Juan- We were not aware of this situation and wish you would have come back up to the office and talked with us, so we could have made this right for you. We do have to add Florida sales tax, so the $130.00 + $9.75 (sales tax) does come to $139.75. We have posted that due to the high cost of fuel, we had to add a 1% fuel surcharge, which was $1.30. The 8.69 credit card charge is a connivance fee that the credit card companies impose on us. We want all our guests to have a great time and not leave upset.
