Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.
You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

I visited Hawaii Natural Therapy while on my "babymoon". The location is very convenient to access for the area, and parking is free for the time that your massage takes place (bonus!). My massage therapist, Mina, was so wonderful. She talked to me during the massage, the pressure was great (as other places I've gone to have been afraid to touch pregnant ladies), and the service from start to finish was enjoyable. I would recommend this spa and Mina to anyone visiting the island! Thank you, HNT!

My husband booked a 90 minute massage for our anniversary and it was okay. The lady who did my massage was nice. I think having some soft zen music would be a nice added touch as this place is on a busy street and you can hear the cars and loud motorcyclist which is not something I want to hear during a 90 minute massage. Also, I think using aromatherapy oils would also be a nice touch rather than the lotion. Overall, it was okay but have definitely had better.
