The Georgia Queen is handicapped accessible and is outfitted with a passenger elevator and handicapped accessible restrooms. The main deck of the Savannah River Queen is handicapped accessible, but restrooms are not. Please contact our ticket office with questions.

Both riverboats offer a glass-enclosed climate-controlled dining and observation deck with panoramic views, open-air patio, and has numerous bench seats that line the upper decks for incredible city views and plenty of sunshine.. We booked the paddle boat cruise. When we got to the office to get onto the boat, they told us the paddle boat wasn't working and we were on a smaller boat. We went down to the boat and saw a pick up truck pull up and unload tin foil trays. When we finally got on the small, warm boat - we saw all the wait staff were extremely soaked in sweat. After tying to order a drink the waiter told us they had no juices to make drinks with and asked if we wanted apple juice. After a trip to the ladies room where it was extremely warm, I asked to speak with a manager. I asked him if we could get off the boat as this was not the experience we paid $80 for; he said is there anything I can do, maybe give you a couple of free drinks; I told him he didn't have any mixers for free drinks and would like to get off the boat and receive a refund, which we did. I feel that they were unprepared and should have cancelled the excursion rather than keep everyone's money and give them and awful experience on a smaller boat that wasn't prepared to go out. I'm not sure what was in the tin foil trays, but I would have been afraid to eat it.

The luncheon cruise was very enjoyable. The food was a bit spicy, but delicious. Even the mac-n-cheese had a cajun flair to it! After lunch we went on the top deck to cruise up and down the Savannah River. The cruise was narrated by a very knowledgeable captain. He gave historical information as well as current events. Very relaxing and informative trip. He also gave us ideas on what else to do while in Savannah, including the Savannah National Wildlife Refuge just over the bridge!
