Seeing the twin tower shadows and the firefighter ghost at a certain angle on the enclosed bridge-amazing!

The walking and information portion was a 5 star. I bought skip the line and when I got to the museum they told me these were general tickets and I had to wait in an 1.5 hour line at 3:00 pm. The museum closed doors at 3:30 pm so I missed the museum that I paid for - therefore please refund 1/2 The cost of each ticket or the cost to see the museum for each ticket. I was so disappointed and will never recommend or use your company in the future if my request is not honored. I came from Florida to pay my respects to those who lost their lives and understand the true extent of this tradgety our nation suffered. Please call if you need any more information Laurie Luher 561-628-6624
