Our tour guide Chris gave an excellent account of the event with pictorial examples in sequence . His knowledge and experience was in part first hand and he brought the horror and emotion to the here and now

Our tour guide Chris was amazing. His knowledge of the tour and the time he took to show us all the special sights was greatly appreciated. He was very courteous and accommodated my disability needs. We very much enjoyed conversing with him. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed during our trip to NYC. This is an experience that we will never forget. I would recommend anyone taking this tour and requesting Chris at your tour guide.

This is a very interesting, educational and humbling tourist attraction. We bought the Go City Pass and this was one of the 4 attractions we chose. We arrived at around 10am and there was no queue. The atmosphere inside was very sombre, no loud noises or loud talking, it is a big open space with some very informative parts. For me, it was a must do when I went to New York. I learned a lot that I didn't know and thought it was very well put together whilst maintaining a high level of respect for the victims.
