Overview

- We are the only bike tour company that still bikes all the way to Sea Level, into the town of Paia.

- We do not offer self guided & unguided tours, they are not safe, most locals despise them, and they make all bike tours look bad.

- All of our helmets are light weight and comfortable, they also meet the highest level of quality and the highest level of safety. You'll cringe when you see the clunky, junky helmets other downhill bikers are given. You may choose to use a full face helmet, or a traditional half shell.

- Our tour is focused on quality and not quantity, unlike our competitors that herd dozens, even hundreds of bikers on a daily basis.

- With us you can ride at the pace you want, all other guided tours make the whole group ride behind the slowest rider.

- We easily have the best safety record on Haleakala.

- We have great humor, and we're very modest.

- All of our bikes are hand built in the USA, have very comfortable 13" padded seats with a spring for each cheek.

What's Included

Helmets - You can choose the style of helmet you wish to use. You can use a full face helmet or you can use a traditional bicycle helmet. We are the only bicycle tour business that offers both styles.

Fresh, Local Coffee

We will have jackets, pants and gloves for you to use if you would like to borrow some for the excursion.

We do not have soda or pop, but we do have gatorade and bottled water at no extra cost.

Air-conditioned vehicle

Bicycle - We provide you with the safest bicycle possible for this excursion.

Bottled Water - Gatorade - Fresh Baked Donuts on a Stick and Guava Malasadas from Komoda Bakery - Fresh Banana Bread - Maui Style Potato Chips - Kind Bars - Trail Mix - Fruit Snacks

What a fun experience. Bikes are well maintained and the tour makes several stops to take in the scenery, smell the eucalyptus or taste guava. Charlotte was a great guide, fun, knowledgeable and personable. Plus great photos. Even better, you don’t need to wake up at 1am for sunrise pickup. Anyone who has ridden a bike can do this tour, the mountain does all the work for you. Easily the highlight of our vacation.

The bike ride down Haleakala is easily the highlight of our vacation. Our adult children lived the ride. Charlotte was amazing as our guide, bikes are very well maintained and the ride is easy. Best, they keep to small groups, you aren’t just another one of a mass of riders. The mountain does all the work for you. If you have ever ridden a bike, you can do this fun adventure.

It was an amazing bike ride but the guide Charlotte and Collin were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe and had a good time. It has been the best experience and I highly recommend it!
