A super teacher really fun and patient, a really enjoyable fun informative class. If more time would have loved to have done another class, really convenient to get too, right in the centre of Estes Park.

So disappointed. We booked and had to cancel. Yes, we missed the cancellation deadline by 12 hours. And we tried to call and email well in advance of our booking to explain the situation and see if they were willing to work with us. Nope! Just a flat out, no refund. No partial refund. No coming another day to use the reservation. Just NOPE no refund. DO NOT book unless you live a life where EVERYTHING always goes to plan.

We are sorry for the situation regarding your booking. If a customer is not able to attend a class, it is our policy to do our best to try and work with customers to reschedule for future dates. With this booking and the interactions with the customer, it sounded like they had no plans of coming to Estes Park any time in the future. If this is not the case, we would be willing to work with this customer to reschedule for another date. For all refunds that we give to our customers for cancelled bookings that are outside of the 24 hour window of time, we actually incure fees for returning their money in the form of credit card transaction fees that we do not charge to our customers so that they can get their entire amount spent back. We ask for 24 hours of advance notice so that our employees know how many people to expect for a class and how much materials to have prepared for our customers. Our 24 hour cancellation policy is standard practice with the other experience related companies in Estes Park, and it is only fair that this policy be observed for every customer, but we are willing to work with our customers to reschedule when it is applicable.
