The app is not intuitive. We were not able to access the tour even though we had full cell service. We were able to download the app, enter our password but couldn’t access the tour. There was no timely help available just a resent of the initial instructions to my email. Try a different company.

Cindy, hearing you couldn't access the tour isn't enjoyable. My tours work best when downloaded and set up beforehand to avoid connection issues, and the email includes a tutorial video to help with setup. My support team is available from 5 AM to 5 PM EST, so if you reached out outside those hours, they would have followed up first thing in the morning. With over 100+ tours, I'd love to know if you faced issues with all tours or just a specific one—I'm here to help. Plus, my tours are valid for a year after booking, so you can always revisit and explore at your convenience!

Excellent in all aspects! If we had not had this for our trip to Joshua Tree it would of been a “ blah” experience. From the history of the park, to geological information, plants in the park and stories of those who lived there —- it was wonderful to have that information and it made the trip!! Recommend to everyone!! Will use this again!!
